Brian is my supervisor. The first day I met Brian was about 3 months ago at my second interview for the Electrical Assembly position I have now. We had a great conversation with my phone interview a week before and I knew he was a down-to-earth kind of guy. Once I met him face to face. He was upfront and respectful. I wanted to take a minute to thank Brian Hribar and his team. I have been very pleased since he stepped out of his in other industries, and a comfortable role, and jump in to bring our new project to life. His leadership and his team’s responsiveness and follow-through are something, I feel have been second to none. I have grown comfortable leaning on the different jobs we have in progress, with multiple teams with some of the end of the day and “fun” requests. If the job didn’t seem possible or for any other reason it wasn’t going to work out, they spent just as much time and attention on the job as if they were able to help.
